More than 50% of SCCT employees on-boarded in Lean concept with more than 140 certified problem solvers – empowering the front-line to find lean solutions

SCCT successfully on boarded more than 50% of staff to the program. More than 20% of them already finalized level 3 and are officially Lean Practitioners. We also have more than 140 certified problem solvers, and more than 150 completed Kaizens.

SCCT was the first in APMT to launch level 4, Advanced Lean Practitioners, and we plan to have 40 students in this level by the end of 2019. worth mentioning is that level 4 is where students start working on their own in different areas of the organization producing impactful kaizens.
